Spisehuset is a modern Danish bistro.

We serve a fixed 4 course menu, which changes with the seasons. 

The vast majority of our produce is truly local and comes from within a couple of hours drive of the restaurant.

All our produce is biodynamic or organic and from Danish producers.
The exceptions are lemons (IT) and olive oil (GR).

We are very happy to make the menu vegetarian, though we would ask for advance notice in order to cater for vegans.
